Driving Directions

In Alabama, from Interstate 10:
Take Exit 44 (Gulf Shores Pkwy and travel south onto HWY 59.
You are in the town of Loxley, AL.
Travel about 8 miles to the Foley Beach Express. Turn left onto the Foley Beach Express
and follow it south for 14 miles. THIS IS A TOLL BRIDGE: $3.50 each direction.
Go over the bridge and turn left (east) onto Canal RD.
Go 3 miles on Canal Rd. to the intersection of Hwy 161 (OB Boulevard) and Canal.  CACOB is .3 mi. east of this intersection.  The Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach is on the left at 26389 Canal Rd.

Doc's Seafood Shack and Wolf Bay will be on your left at the 161/Canal intersection.  Go through the light.  You'll pass the OB Adult Activity Center and the OB Library, then a green building housing a private business called "Artist's Gallery," all on your left.  Next, you'll see a 17' lantern.  Our white sign with paint swirl logo is just past the lantern, and our long gravel driveway is just past the sign.  You have to turn into the driveway to really see the buildings, which are by Wolf Bay.  If you pass Waterfront Park or the OB First Baptist Church, you went just a bit too far.

From Gulf Shores:

1.  If you're in GS proper or in Ft. Morgan. Take Canal Road (AL St. Hwy 180) east till you reach Hwy 161 (Orange Beach Blvd.)  Doc's Seafood Shack and Wolf Bay will be on your left.  CACOB is .3 mi. east of this intersection.  The Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach is on the left at 26389 Canal Rd.  Go through the light.  You'll pass the OB Adult Activity Center and the OB Library, then a green building housing a private business called "Artist's Gallery," all on your left.  Next, you'll see a 17' lantern.  Our white sign with paint swirl logo is just past the lantern, and our long gravel driveway is just past the sign.  You have to turn into the driveway to really see the buildings, which are by Wolf Bay.  If you pass Waterfront Park or the OB First Baptist Church, you went just a bit too far.

2.  If you're on the beach.  Take the beach road (Hwy 182) from your location to Hwy 161 (OB Boulevard).  Rite Aid is east of the intersection; Publix is west of the intersection.  Go north on 161 till it intersects with Canal Road.  Turn right (east) on Canal and continue as above.
